This light and fluffy treat is a family favourite!
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cups Milk
- 105 grams All-purpose Gluten-free Flour
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ½ Lemon, Juiced
- 1 Tablespoon Powdered Sugar
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 F. Put butter in a 9-inch pie plate and put it in the oven to allow the butter to melt. Keep an eye on it and be careful not to burn it. Remove it from the oven when butter is melted. Set aside.
Whisk eggs in a medium-sized bowl. Add milk, flour and salt. Whisk until mixed (small lumps of flour are okay because they will work themselves out). Pour flour mix into pie plate and smooth the top. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until puffy and golden brown.
Sprinkle lemon juice over the top and dust with powdered sugar.
