Creamy and delicious summertime smoothie!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Ripe Red Mexican Papayas, Peeled, Pitted, Roughly Chopped
  • 1 can (6 Oz. Size) Pineapple Chunks Or Crushed Pineapple In Natural Juices
  • ½ cups Almond Milk

Preparation

In a blender pulse chopped pieces of papaya then add the entire can of pineapple and juices. Pulse several times. Add almond milk and run blender on high for 3-4 minutes. It will be thick and creamy. I love to serve this chilled. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then serve. Delicious—enjoy!
