Description

Six ingredient peanut butter and jam smoothie packed with 21g of protein per glass!

Ingredients

  • 1  Peeled And Frozen Banana
  • ½ cups Frozen Strawberries
  • ¾ cups Milk (soy, Almond, Or Regular Milk)
  • ⅓ cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Strawberry Jam

Preparation

Add all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until thick and creamy, about 3-6 minutes. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
