Peaches and Cream Tart

Description

To pretty to eat but still so delicious that my fork does the destruction by itself.

Ingredients

  • 1-⅞ ounces, weight Digestive Biscuits
  • 3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 whole Peach
  • ½ cups Whipped Cream

Preparation

In a food processor, add biscuits and pulse until crumbly. Transfer crumbs into a bowl and pour in melted butter. Mix with a spoon so that everything is well coated with butter.

Press biscuit crumbs into a tart tin and, using a spoon, make an even layer, making sure to cover the sides as well. Using a flat surface object like a glass, press the crumbs to form a base. Chill in freezer for 10 minutes.

Cut peach in half and remove the pit. Slice peach into thin slices.

Take the crust from the freezer and pipe in whipped cream. Arrange peaches on top and you’re done.
