These are the fluffiest pancakes ever! Soooo goood!
Ingredients
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ¾ cups Milk
- 2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Butter, Melted
- ½ teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 Tablespoon Cooking Spray
Preparation
Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl and mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Pour the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and whisk until there are no lumps.
Heat a large skillet or griddle pan over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray and pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake, and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip with a spatula, and cook until browned on the other side.
