Ingredients

  • ½ cups Coconut Milk (from A Carton)
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach
  • 1 whole Ripe Bananas, Peeled, Cut Into Chunks And Frozen
  • ¾ cups Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

Preparation

Add all the ingredients into a blender and puree for about 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
