    Plums belong to the family of prunes. Plum and pomegranate together with a hint of basil, when blended into a smoothie, provides a super antioxidant beverage with numerous health benefits. A must-try drink!

    Ingredients

    • ½ cups Pomegranate Seeds
    • 1 whole Ripe Plum
    • 4 leaves Large Basil
    • 2 Tablespoons Honey
    • 1 cup Water
    • ¼ cups Crushed Ice

    Preparation

    Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend for approximately 2 minutes or until smooth. Enjoy!
