Protein Smoothie with Avocado, Blueberries and Cucumber

Description

This is a great meal replacement protein smoothie that is delicious and refreshing, without being too sweet.

Ingredients

  • 1  Avocado
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • ½  English Cucumber, With Skin, Cut Into Chunks
  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ cups Protein Powder Of Choice (I Used Egg White Powder)
  • 2 Tablespoons Tablespoons Powdered Greens (or 1 Cup Fresh Greens)
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 6  Large Ice Cubes

Preparation

Blend all of the ingredients. You can add more liquid if you prefer a thinner smoothie. This recipe is not very sweet so just add more honey if you like your smoothies sweeter.
