The best and easiest nofail raw vegan chocolate tart featuring a raw dough of dates, pecans, raw cocoa filled with delicious vegan chocolate ganache.
Ingredients
- 6 whole Medjool Dates
- 1 teaspoon Raw Cocoa Powder
- 4 Tablespoons Pecans
- 100 grams Vegan Dark Chocolate (60% Cocoa)
- 250 grams Cashew Butter
- Additional Cocoa Powder And Raspberries, For Garnish
Preparation
Blend dates, cocoa and nuts into a fine paste in a food processor. Press into a tart mold so that an even tart bottom is created.
Melt chocolate in a water bath. When chocolate has melted, remove from heat and stir well with cashew butter.
Pour chocolate and cashew mixture into the cake mold. Spread evenly with a spatula and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour to cool and set.
Decorate with cocoa powder and raspberries before serving.
