Description

Healthy and delicious Roasted Red Pepper Hummus is the perfect dip for your chip!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Chickpeas, Rinsed And Drained
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • ½ cups Canned Roasted Red Peppers, Diced
  • ½  Lemon, Juiced
  • ½ teaspoons Cumin
  • ¼ teaspoons Kosher Salt (more To Taste)
  • 1-½ teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ cups Water

Preparation

Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Serve immediately or store in the fridge until you are ready to serve.

Notes: Hummus is good served with crackers, pita chips, vegetables, or used as a spread for a sandwich or on a crostini.
