Talk about a healthy, and addicting snack, these whole roasted edamame pack the perfect punch in a lightly salted snack.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Frozen Whole Edamame
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- ½ Tablespoons Coarse Salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
To a mixing bowl, add edamame, olive oil, and salt. Toss then add to a sheet tray. Bake for about 20 minutes until nicely roasted.
Pour into a serving bowl, and let cool for a few minutes before digging in.
