Description
A simple berry crumble with whole grains and no refined sugar.
Ingredients
- 5 cups Berries, Fresh Or Frozen
- 1-½ cup Old Fashioned Oats
- ½ cups Whole Wheat Flour
- ½ cups Pecan Pieces
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- 1-½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ⅓ cups Pure Maple Syrup
- ¼ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Pour berries evenly into a 9-inch pie dish. Stir together remaining ingredients and layer on top of berries.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until crumble has browned and fruit is bubbly.
