Description
Single serving strawberry crumble made from pantry staple ingredients.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Strawberries, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
- ¼ cups Flour
- ¼ cups Oats
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- ½ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Chop up strawberries into quarter-sized pieces and place into a small mixing bowl. Add vanilla extract, sugar and cornstarch and mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, oats, granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon and melted butter.
Pour the strawberries into a small baking dish and pour crumbles on top. Bake for 40–45 minutes until sides start bubbling.
Serve with ice cream or on its own.
