Smoked Salmon Bites with Mustard Crème Fraîche are the perfect party food!
Ingredients
- ½ cups Crème Fraîche (sour Cream May Be Substituted)
- ¼ cups Whole Grain Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, Chopped Plus Extra For Garnish
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest Plus Extra For Garnish
- Salt And Black Pepper
- 12 Store-bought Buttery Crackers
- 8 ounces, weight Thinly Sliced Smoked Salmon
Preparation
In a small bowl, whisk together crème fraîche, whole grain mustard, parsley, lemon zest and a dash of salt and black pepper to taste.
Spread 1 teaspoon crème fraîche mixture on each cracker and then top with a small slice of smoked salmon. Garnish with additional parsley and lemon zest and enjoy!
