Description
Smoked Salmon Spread Bites. Makes 2 cups spread.
Ingredients
- FOR THE DIP:
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, At Room Temperature
- ½ cups Sour Cream Or Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- ½ teaspoons Hot Sauce, Optional
- 4 ounces, weight Smoked Salmon, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Dill
- Black Pepper To Taste
- FOR SERVING:
- Crackers
- 3 Mini Cucumbers, Sliced Into Thin Rounds
- More Smoked Salmon, Cut Into Small Pieces
Preparation
For the smoked salmon dip:
In a food processor (blender), combine cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and hot sauce. Pulse a few times, until combined.
Add salmon pieces and dill and pulse 2 or 3 more times to combine. Add more salt and black pepper if needed.
Refrigerate, if you are not using right away.
For the cracker bites:
Add ½ tablespoon dip to each cracker. Top with cucumber and a small piece of smoked salmon. Serve and enjoy!
