Description
Herbacious dip filled with smoked trout. This is so delicious and addictive!
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 8 ounces, weight Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Dill, Minced
- 2 Tablespoons Flat-leaf Parsley, Minced
- 2 Tablespoons Chives, Minced
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 10 ounces, weight Smoked Trout
- 2 Tablespoons Dill, Minced
- Kosher Salt And Black Pepper
Preparation
1. In the bowl of a food processor, combine the cream cheese, yogurt, fresh herbs and lemon juice.
2. Pulse until you have a smooth, well incorporated dip.
3. Transfer the dip to a small mixing bowl and add the trout, breaking it into pieces as you add it to the bowl.
4. Use a fork to mash the trout as well as the remaining 2 tablespoons of fresh dill into the dip. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Serve with fresh veggies or crackers.
