Spicy Baked Hot Corn Dip

Description

A cheesy hot corn dip with a kick. Simple to prepare and addicting.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (11 Oz. Size) Green Giant Chipotle Corn
  • 2 cups Grated Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ⅔ cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 cans (4 1/2 Oz. Size) Diced Green Chiles
  • ½ teaspoons Crushed Garlic
  • ½ teaspoons Cholula Sauce

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Grease a 9-inch casserole dish.
3. In a medium size mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
4. Spread the mixture evenly into the casserole dish.
5. If desired, sprinkle additional cheese on top of dip.
6. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until edges are bubbling.
