Description
This recipe is incredibly simple to make and to be quite honest, with guacamole, simple is definitely the best. Over-complication of guacamole takes away from the fresh flavors and makes for a poorer recipe.
Ingredients
- 3 Ripe Avacodos
- ½ Red Onion, Finely Diced
- 1 Jalapeno, Finely Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro, Minced
- ½ Lime, Juiced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- ½ Tomato, Seeds Removed, Finely Diced
Preparation
Peel and pit avocados and add to a mixing bowl. Mash with a fork or your hands (leave a little chunky).
Add onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper to the avocado and mix together well. Gently fold tomatoes in at the end.
Serve immediately. If making in advance, cover well and refrigerate.
