A great mid-afternoon snack to cool off in the hot summer. Or a healthy after-dinner treat.
Ingredients
- 2 whole Bananas, Peeled And Broken In Half
- 1 cup Strawberries, Fresh Or Frozen
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1-½ cup Almond Milk
- 4 whole Ice Cubes
Preparation
Place bananas in the blender, and layer with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until completely incorporated and smooth, 1- 2 minutes. Pour into desired glasses and enjoy!
