Description

A healthy, vegan breakfast smoothie that will sustain you until lunch, thanks to the oats.

Ingredients

  • 8 whole Medium Strawberries, Rinsed, Stems Removed
  • ⅔ cups Seedless Grapes, Red Or Green, Rinsed
  • ⅓ cups Oats
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 dash Salt
  • ½ cups Ice
  • Sweetener Of Choice, Only If Needed

Preparation

Place ingredients in a blender. (If using frozen strawberries, do not add ice.) Mix until smooth and oats are not noticeable in the texture when you taste it.

If your fruit is not ripe enough, you may need to add a sweetener of your choice, such as a pitted, dried date.
