Description
A light, sweet smoothie, made with sweet potatoes, maple syrup and spices. It tastes just like sweet potato pie!
Ingredients
- FOR THE SMOOTHIE:
- ½ cups Cooked And Mashed Sweet Potato
- ½ cups Greek Yogurt, Plain
- 1 cup Non-fat Milk Or Milk Of Choice
- ¼ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 teaspoons Maple Syrup Or More Or Taste
- ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 dash Nutmeg
- 1 cup Ice
- FOR THE TOPPINGS:
- 1 teaspoon Pecans, Finely Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Fat-free Whipped Cream
Preparation
Add all of the ingredients except for the toppings into a blender, put the lid on and process until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and pecans.
