Smooth and enriched energy smoothie.
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons Hot Water Added To Matcha
- ½ teaspoons Matcha (this Is A Green Tea Leaf Powder)
- ¾ cups Almond Milk
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 whole Banana, Peeled And Sliced
- ½ whole Avocado (flesh Sliced)
Preparation
In a small cup add hot water and matcha (green tea leaf powder). Stir to combine.
In a blender add almond milk, honey, sliced banana and sliced avocado. Run blender on medium for 3 minutes. Add hot water and matcha mixture into the blender and run on high 3 minutes (should be a smooth consistency). Empty blender contents into a large glass and enjoy!
Note: I find this is a caffeine boost in the early morning without the jitters from coffee. It’s a nice change up adding some fiber and natural antioxidants that green tea provides.
