Description
A new favorite dip—that I can’t stop eating.
Ingredients
- 6 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 2 ounces, weight Mascarpone Cheese
- 1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- ¾ cups Sliced Toasted Almonds, Divided
- ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
- ⅛ teaspoons Nutmeg
- Pinch Of Salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mascarpone, parmesan, 1/2 cup almonds, black pepper, nutmeg, and salt. Mix with a spoon to combine, then press into a baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and top with remaining almonds.
Serve with crackers and pita chips! This will serve 2-4 depending on the other snacks available.
Note: you can use low-fat cream cheese since the mascarpone has fat in it; not sure about using fat-free.
