A creamy, healthy and refreshing smoothie that tastes just like a Pina Colada!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 whole Banana, Peeled
- ¼ cups Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
- ½ cups Frozen Pineapple Chunks
- ⅓ cups Frozen Mango Chunks
- 1 Tablespoon Shredded Sweetened Coconut Plus Extra For Garnish If Desired
- 1 teaspoon Honey
Preparation
Place all of the ingredients in a blender, put the lid on and blend until smooth. Pour into one large glass or two smaller ones. Top with extra coconut if desired.
