Description
Chia seeds and sweetened almond milk create magic together and form this delicious and healthy vanilla chia seed pudding. This dish is great for a nutritious breakfast or mid-morning snack!
Ingredients
- ¼ cups Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Sweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1-¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl with lid or mason jar. Whisk together for one to two minutes or until everything is well incorporated. Cover and place into refrigerator. After 3 hours, remove lid and stir briskly so that chia seeds break up into mixture.
Replace cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, mix well. Top with fruit, if desired.
