This is the perfect breakfast any day of the week.
Ingredients
- 3 whole Large Eggs, At Room Temperature
- ⅔ cups Milk, At Room Temperature
- 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Granulated Sugar
- ⅔ cups All-purpose Flour
- ½ sticks Butter
- 1 cup Mixed Berries, For Serving
- Powdered Sugar And Whipped Cream, For Garnish
Preparation
Place a 9-10 inch cast iron skillet in the oven and preheat to 425ºF.
Beat large eggs until frothy. Continue to beat as you add milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, sugar and flour.
Make sure mixture is well-mixed.
Once oven is preheated, remove skillet from oven and add butter to skillet until it is melted and covering entire surface area. Add pancake mixture to skillet and place back in oven.
Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown and puffed. Garnish with berries, powdered sugar and serve with whipped cream. Enjoy.
