Veg chocolate ice cream


Veg chocolate ice cream can be made without an ice cream maker and is also suitable for those who are lactose intolerant. But it's still very chocolaty.

Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1 can of coconut cream
- 60g bitter cocoa
- 120ml maple syrup
- chocolate chips
Instructions
- Put the avocado, coconut cream, bitter cocoa, and maple syrup in a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth, homogeneous, and free of lumps.
- Pour everything into a plumcake mold (nonstick or lined with baking paper) and place in the freezer for 45 minutes, then remove from the freezer, mix with a spatula (or electric whisk), and place back in the freezer.
- For about 3 hours, mix the ice cream every half hour.
- Remove the ice cream from the freezer about 10-15 minutes before serving, and top with dark chocolate chips.
