- 1 avocado
- 1 can of coconut cream
- 60g bitter cocoa
- 120ml maple syrup

- Put the avocado, coconut cream, bitter cocoa, and maple syrup in a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth, homogeneous, and free of lumps.
- Pour everything into a plumcake mold (nonstick or lined with baking paper) and place in the freezer for 45 minutes, then remove from the freezer, mix with a spatula (or electric whisk), and place back in the freezer.
- For about 3 hours, mix the ice cream every half hour.
- Remove the ice cream from the freezer about 10-15 minutes before serving, and top with dark chocolate chips.
