The Vegetable Timbale recipe that I am sharing with you is simple but very tasty, with the well-poached vegetables, the color they have, and the detail that is achieved by plating everything well together, with care, they make a recipe delight.

  • 1 large potato
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 garlic
  • 3 chives
  • 3 eggs
  • Olive oil
  • Shall


    1. All of the vegetables must be cut into irregular and finite slices, with the garlic and chives finely chopped, the peppers (red and green) in cubes, and the potato and zucchini (with skin so we can get all of the vitamins) cut into irregular and finite slices.
    2. In a pan, brown the garlic and chives, then add the peppers and fry over low heat. We add the potato and zucchini, and when they are done, we add the eggs and continue to stir until all of the ingredients are well combined. We place an aluminum ring on a plate and fill it with our vegetables in this manner until the entire ring is filled, then we press a little to ensure that everything is well compacted. We will remove the ring and have our Vegetable Timbale plated.
