Velveeta Cheese recipe

This copycat Velveeta cheese recipe is simple to make and delicious! It works perfectly in the same recipes that call for store-bought cheese! Simply take out your blender (I used my Magic Bullet for this), add a few simple ingredients, and you're ready to go!

  • 1 glass of boiling water
  • 6 6 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 1 lb queso cheddar rallado
  • 1,5 cucharadita gelatina


    1. Line a small box with plastic wrap to make a "bread box."
    2. In a blender, combine 1/2 cup boiling water, 3 tablespoons powdered milk, and 3/4 teaspoon gelatin.
    3. 5 seconds of mixing
    4. Blend in half of the grated cheese until smooth (about 3 minutes)
    5. Fill your "bread box" with this mixture.
    6. Pour the remaining ingredients over the first layer and repeat with the remaining ingredients.
    7. Refrigerate overnight before cutting.
