Wasabi Avocado Hummus

Description

Easy to make and delectable Avocado Hummus with a dash of wasabi makes for a nice evening snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Chickpeas
  • 2 whole Avocados, Pitted, Peeled, Cut Into Chunks
  • ½ cups Wasabi Infused Sesame Oil
  • ¼ cups Lemon Juice
  • 5-½ Tablespoons Tahini
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • Pita Chips For Serving

Preparation

In the bowl of a food processor, combine chickpeas, avocado chunks, wasabi-infused sesame oil, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, salt and pepper. Blend until combined and smooth. Stop food processor and taste. Add more salt and pepper and lemon if necessary.

Blend for another couple of mintues or more until smooth. Top with little more olive oil and serve with pita chips.
