Description
Refreshing smoothie with watermelon, coconut milk and yogurt, lime, mint and optional (but encouraged) coconut rum or silver tequila. So delicious, healthy and easy.
Ingredients
- 4-½ cups Fresh Watermelon Chunks
- ⅔ cups Coconut Milk
- ¾ cups Coconut Yogurt (I Like So Delicious)
- ½ cups Lightly Packed Mint
- 4 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- ¼ cups Coconut Rum Or Silver Tequila (optional)
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup (optional)
Preparation
Place everything a blender and blend until smooth.
