Description

Refreshing smoothie with watermelon, coconut milk and yogurt, lime, mint and optional (but encouraged) coconut rum or silver tequila. So delicious, healthy and easy.

Ingredients

  • 4-½ cups Fresh Watermelon Chunks
  • ⅔ cups Coconut Milk
  • ¾ cups Coconut Yogurt (I Like So Delicious)
  • ½ cups Lightly Packed Mint
  • 4 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • ¼ cups Coconut Rum Or Silver Tequila (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup (optional)

Preparation

Place everything a blender and blend until smooth.
