Ingredients
- 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes, Quartered Or Diced, If Large
- 4 ounces, weight Fresh Mozzarella, Diced Into Small Cubes
- ¼ cups Fresh Basil Leaves, Thinly Sliced Or Torn
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- Salt To Taste
- Crackers, Pita, Or Bread, For Serving
Preparation
Combine the tomatoes, cheese, basil, olive oil, and a sprinkle of salt in a large bowl. Stir, and let sit for 10 minutes.
Stir again, and taste. Add more salt if you’d like.
Serve with your favorite bread or crackers. Perfect!
