Quick and easy 30-Minute Lemon Chicken. You only need a few ingredients to make this one pan dish!
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- ¼ cups White Wine
- ½ cups Chicken Stock
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- ¼ teaspoons Lemon Zest
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley, Chopped
- Salt And Pepper
- Optional For Garnish: Lemon Slices And Extra Parsley
Preparation
Add oil into a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for one minute. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken into the pan in a single layer and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Pour in wine and allow it to cook for one minute. Add the chicken stock and simmer until slightly reduced. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest and parsley. Serve immediately with extra lemon slices and parsley for garnish.
