Here’s another lovely vegan cookie recipe which requires only 4 ingredients. Actually, if you don’t want the chocolate, it’s just a 3-ingredient recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Banana
  • 4 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Oat Flour
  • ⅓ cups Chopped Chocolate

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Mash banana and mix it with peanut butter. Add oats and mix again. Add chopped chocolate or some chocolate chips, and mix one more time.

Put parchment paper on your baking tray. Carefully scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the tray and flatten them a bit. Bake for about 15 minutes.
