Description
Creamy refreshing thai ice tea popsicles are made with just 4 ingredients and are sure to please everyone around!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Water
- 2 Tablespoons Thai Tea (I Use Pantai Thai Tea Mix Available At Asian Grocery Stores Or Amazon)
- 6 Tablespoons White Sugar
- ¾ cups Heavy Whipping Cream, Cold
Preparation
In a pot, bring water to boil. Once it starts to boil, add Thai tea mix and sugar. Simmer for 2–3 minutes. Turn off heat, cover pot, and let it sit for another 5–7 minutes, so flavors get stronger.
Strain and discard solids. Let tea come to room temperature. Add cold heavy cream and stir until uniform in color.
Transfer to popsicle molds and freeze overnight or at least 5–7 hours. Enjoy!
