- 1 cup Walnuts
- 2 whole Eggs
- 4 Tablespoons Flax Meal Or Ground Flaxseed
- 3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grind the walnuts, reserving some whole walnuts for decoration.
Whisk eggs. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything together.
Shape cookies and decorate them with a walnut. Bake for about 15 minutes.
