    A quick, easy recipe for a delicious restaurant style salsa. Perfect to eat with tortilla chips or for topping on your favorite food!

    Ingredients

    • 14-½ ounces, weight Diced Tomatoes
    • 10 ounces, weight Rotel Diced Tomatoes
    • 1 whole Yellow Or White Onion Cut Into 1/8
    • 1 cup Loosely Packed Cilantro
    • 3 cloves Garlic
    • ½ teaspoons Garlic Salt
    • ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
    • ¼ teaspoons Cumin
    • 1 whole Lime, Juiced

    Preparation

    Add all ingredients to a blender and puree for 10 seconds or until smooth. Put into an airtight container and it will last up to 1 week in the fridge.
