Ingredients
- 14-½ ounces, weight Diced Tomatoes
- 10 ounces, weight Rotel Diced Tomatoes
- 1 whole Yellow Or White Onion Cut Into 1/8
- 1 cup Loosely Packed Cilantro
- 3 cloves Garlic
- ½ teaspoons Garlic Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
- ¼ teaspoons Cumin
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender and puree for 10 seconds or until smooth. Put into an airtight container and it will last up to 1 week in the fridge.
