A super easy and delicious way to have your ice cream guilt-free!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Ripe Bananas, Sliced And Frozen
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter (or Other Nut Butter Such As Cashew)
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 dash Non-dairy Milk To Help The Blender Mix Everything Into A Nice Cream
  • Chopped Nuts Or Your Favorite Toppings (optional)

Preparation

Put frozen bananas, peanut butter, and cinnamon in a blender. Blend until smooth, adding a few dashes of milk to help blender incorporate everything well.

Once smooth, mix in nuts or any other topping you’d prefer, noting that these may add extra calories.
