Description
The only recipe you will ever need for fluffy, delicious pancakes! Plus, you can find an Amaretto version on my site for a real treat!
Ingredients
- 1-¼ cup Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- ¾ teaspoons Salt
- 1-⅓ cup Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 Egg
Preparation
Sift dry ingredients together in a small bowl.
In a medium bowl, mix together wet ingredients (be sure to lightly beat your egg at this point to break the yolk down). Add the dry and wet ingredients together, mix. Do not over-mix, it is okay to have some lumps in your batter (this is the key to keeping them fluffy!).
Cook pancakes until bubbles appear, and then flip and let cook another 30 seconds to 1 minute.
