Ingredients
- 2 whole Zucchini, Sliced To 1/4 Inch Thickness
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- ½ teaspoons Sea Salt
- ½ teaspoons Paprika
Preparation
Preheat oven to 250ºF. Place zucchini slices in a single layer over paper towels. Place paper towels on top and press down, extracting as much moisture as possible.
Place zucchini on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush olive oil over the tops. Sprinkle salt and paprika over the tops and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until crispy.
Remove from the oven and pat with paper towels to remove excess oil. Throw into a bowl and serve! Sprinkle with extra salt, if desired.
