A scrumptious, delicious and easy weeknight dinner that combines chicken, cheese, and wine. This will instantly become one of your family’s favorite repeat meals!
Ingredients
- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- Kosher Salt And Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 8 slices Swiss Cheese
- 2 cans (10 3/4 Oz. Size) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- ½ cups Dry White Wine (Chardonnay)
- 1 cup Herb Flavored Stuffing Mixed
- 3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Place chicken breasts in a 13×9 Pyrex dish (or other oven proof dish) coated with cooking spray. Season liberally on both sides with salt and pepper. Layer the cheese on top.
In a medium bowl, mix soup and the wine. Pour mixture over chicken and cheese. Sprinkle stuffing mix on top and drizzle with melted butter.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until chicken is cooked through.
