Description
This Provençal dip is a classy addition to your snack table. You can add as many colorful vegetables as you want.
Ingredients
- 4 ounces, weight Canned Anchovies Packed In Olive Oil, Drained And Chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped
- ½ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preparation
In a food processor, puree anchovies and garlic together. Slowly pour in olive oil until blended. Transfer the anchoïade to a small bowl.
Serve with bread and raw vegetables.
