Description

A delicious low-fat and low calorie healthy spread made with avocado, lemons, white balsamic vinegar and herbs. This can be used as a spread on sandwiches or wraps. Can be used as a dip for veggies, crackers, pretzels,etc

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Avocado, Pitted And Chopped
  • 2 cloves Chopped Garlic
  • 2 stalks Green Onion
  • 1  Lemon, Juiced
  • ¼ cups White Balsamic Vinegar
  • ½ cups Parsley
  • 3 sprigs Tarragon
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Thyme
  • 4 leaves Sage
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil

Preparation

In a food processor, combine all ingredients except the olive oil. Pulse until a smooth consistency, approximately 1 minute. With food processor running, drizzle in the olive oil to combine all ingredients. If using as a salad dressing, add a little more white balsamic vinegar and olive oil until you get your desired consistency.

Use as a spread or dip. Can stay in a covered container for about 4 days.
