Description
Blueberry pancakes can be made with fresh or frozen blueberries.
Ingredients
- 2 whole Eggs
- 3 teaspoons Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 cups Blueberries
Preparation
Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add baking powder, soda, and sugar. Mix. Add buttermilk and mix again.
Whisk in flour. Gently fold in blueberries.
Cook on a lightly greased hot griddle. Serve hot with your favorite syrup.
