Description

These Chocolate Peanut Butter Jelly Overnight Oats can be made in advance, are easy to make, are filled with chocolate and peanut butter, have a healthy twist on “jelly” with the raspberries, and are healthy to boot. Sign. Me. Up!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • ⅔ cups Skim Milk
  • 1 container (6 Oz. Size) Greek Vanilla Yogurt
  • ¼ cups Mashed Banana
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter (I Used My Maple Almond Butter)
  • 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • ¼ cups Raspberries
  • Additional Toppings, As Desired

Preparation

Place all ingredients, except raspberries and additional toppings in a medium-sized bowl. Stir until well combined and then gently fold in raspberries. Store in a covered, airtight container, like a Mason jar, in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, top with additional toppings (such as more raspberries, almonds, sliced bananas), if desired, and enjoy!
