This protein-packed Peach Almond Breakfast Quinoa is filled with hearty quinoa, fresh peaches, creamy almond milk and just the right amount of spices!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Quinoa
- 2 cups Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original
- ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoons Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Peach, Pitted And Sliced
Preparation
Place a cup of quinoa in each bowl. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan, whisk together almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. Heat until warm. Pour mixture over the top of the quinoa.
Top with sliced peaches and serve immediately. Enjoy!
