Ingredients
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Chives
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Minced Onion
Preparation
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Saute minced garlic in butter, until golden and fragrant. Allow to cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix cooled butter mixture and remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least several hours).
The next day, simply stir and serve!
