Noodles with Tomato, Spinach and Walnuts
Ingredients
- 7 ounces, weight Spaghetti
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 pound Tomatoes, Diced
- 10 ounces, weight Spinach, Chopped
- ½ Tablespoons Dried Basil
- ½ Tablespoons Dried Rosemary
- ½ Tablespoons Dried Thyme
- ½ Tablespoons Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper, Ground
- 1 cup Walnut (crushed And Roasted)
Preparation
Preheat a big pot of water for the spaghetti and boil until al dente.
In a big skillet, fry garlic with olive oil for about 1 minute. Add the tomatoes.
After 5 minutes, add spinach and simmer for another 5–7 minutes. Add herbs, salt and pepper.
Add some sauce to the noodles and sprinkle walnuts on top.
