Description

When I’m tired of chicken and fish, I try to include beef in my daily recipes.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon White Spanish Wine Or Sherry
  • 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, Pressed
  • 1 Tablespoon Grated Ginger
  • 200 grams Beef
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1  Carrot
  • 100 grams Snow Peas
  • 140 grams Champignon Mushrooms
  • 3 Tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
  • 100 grams Noodles, To Serve

Preparation

In a big bowl, mix soy sauce, wine, sesame oil, garlic and ginger. Slice beef in strips, add to the bowl and marinate for at least 20 minutes.

Heat frying pan. Add sesame seeds and toast until seeds change their color into golden. When done, transfer seeds to a plate and set aside.

Heat frying pan again. Add olive oil and cook marinated beef over high heat for 4–5 minutes, constantly turning or flipping the beef. Transfer to a plate.

Serve beef with noodles.

Slice carrots into strips. Add to the same pan and fry for a few minutes. Add snow peas and fry for few more minutes.

Add beef, chopped champignon mushrooms, and mix everything. Add hoisin sauce and fry for several minutes.
